SAP S/4HANA IS-U/CE Expert

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP IS-U / CE Consultant to assist with the design, implementation, and support of SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) and SAP Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of utility industry processes, SAP IS-U/CE module configuration, and the ability to collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as an SAP IS-U/CE subject matter expert, providing functional and technical guidance to clients and project teams.
  2. Analyze and understand client business processes, requirements, and workflows in the utilities industry.
  3. Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP IS-U and SAP CE functionalities, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  4. Participate in SAP IS-U/CE module implementation, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project scope.
  5. Provide support for the integration of SAP IS-U/CE with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems.
  6. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet client expectations.
  7. Troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and assist with ongoing optimization and improvements of the system.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP IS-U/CE developments, best practices, and industry trends.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Strong experience with SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) and SAP CE (Customer Engagement) modules, including configuration and implementation.
  2. Experience in the utilities industry, with a deep understanding of processes such as billing, meter reading, customer service, and financial processes.
  3. Knowledge of SAP integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party applications.
  4. Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAP BW, and related SAP technologies is a plus.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  7. Experience in managing or participating in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
  8. Ability to provide end-user training and create documentation for processes and configurations.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. SAP certification in IS-U or CE is highly preferred.
