We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant for a high-priority assignment. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Service Management (SM) processes in the S/4HANA environment, ensuring efficient service operations and seamless integration across modules.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support Service Management (SM) functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.
Work on service contracts, service orders, notifications, and billing processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure integration with SD, MM, and FI modules for smooth business operations.
Perform system testing, issue resolution, and functional documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and conduct end-user training sessions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA Service Management.
Strong knowledge of Service Contracts, Service Orders, Warranties, and Resource-Related Billing (RRB).
Hands-on experience with Fiori apps related to Service Management.
Good understanding of integration with SD, MM, and FI modules.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
