System Administration
• Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module and Degreed platforms to align with training objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT or vendors for resolution.
• Manage system security, user roles, permissions, and access levels.
Content Management
• Upload and maintain training content, courses, and learning paths in the LMS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design structured learning programs.
• Ensure content complies with branding, accessibility, and compliance standards.
Reporting & Analytics
• Generate reports on training progress, completion rates, and user engagement.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
User Support
• Provide first-level support for user queries on access, content, and system functionality.
• Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for self-service.
System Updates & Enhancements
• Stay updated on new features in SAP SuccessFactors and Degreed.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
Collaboration
• Work with HR, IT, and L&D teams to align LMS strategies with organizational goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module and/or Degreed.
• Proficient in LMS functionality, content management, and reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with system testing and implementation is a plus.
