SAP Commerce Senior BA

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The eCommerce Business Analyst role is responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of consulting engagements.
2. Manage and communicate requirement, design, and priority changes, and facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization.
3. Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation.
4. Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting Commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
5. Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
6. Accountable to complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
7. Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
8. Provide system demonstrations and training to client business users.
9. Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables. (Project dependent)

Requirements / Qualifications:

1. 7 to 9 years' experience in general IT business analysis, which includes 3 years' experience in any eCommerce business analysis
2. Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from the eCommerce domain.
3. Understanding of Commerce data structures and experience collecting, manipulating, and importing product catalog data into eCommerce systems (Project dependent)
4. Bachelor's degree
5. Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
6. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
7. Experience with global service delivery model
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
9. Excellent communication skills
